Payroll & Benefits Specialist – 80,000 Euros + Bonus – Dublin
Frazer Jones are delighted to be supporting a leading name within financial services on the recruitment of a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join the business on a permanent basis.
This role is fully office based
The Role:
- Payroll Management
- Oversee monthly payroll processes for London, Dublin, and New York offices.
- Review payroll instruction files to ensure all required changes are accurately captured.
- Verify that updates are correctly reflected across employee payslips.
- Reconcile payroll reports and ensure consistency and accuracy of payroll data.
- Process payroll changes and produce detailed reconciliation and reporting.
- Benefits Administration
- Manage benefits for all three locations, including remittance, reconciliations, and processing of joiners, leavers, and life event changes.
- Administer pension schemes and 401(k) plans.
- Execute payroll year-end procedures.
- HR Support and Communication
- Assist the Head of HR with benefit plan design, renewals, and strategic planning.
- Communicate benefit plan details effectively and conduct onboarding/offboarding benefit meetings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll and benefits-related inquiries across all locations.
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as liaison with third-party payroll providers, benefit administrators, and brokers.
