HR Business Partner

This Leeds-based company has a requirement for an HR Business Partner based in Leeds. This role offers variety and the opportunity for further development and project work.

My client is looking for an HR Business Partner, currently in a HRBP role, Senior HR Advisor or HR Officer role (or equivalent) with good Generalist HR experience, excellent partnering & coaching capability as well as some experience of change and the ability to work at pace. This is a superb opportunity for a self-starter, providing autonomy and the opportunity to add value and make a genuine impact both operationally and more strategically, working with senior stakeholders.

This is a successful business and the role offers exposure to the full spectrum of HR issues and interfacing with a broad range of colleagues across international locations. The role also reports into an experienced and supportive HR Director.

Salary is up to £45,000 per annum plus bonus.

This role is 4 days/week onsite in Leeds. There is flexibility for start and finish times.
