HR Generalist & Recruitment Specialist

Our client, a noted global media firm with 1000 employees, is seeking a skilled generalist with strong recruiting to support their Head of HR. Focusing on their US population of roughly 400, this individual will focus on first line HR support across employee relations, performance management, HR projects and reporting, onboarding, offboarding, as well as managing all recruitment for this location.

With a typical requistion load of 10-15 individual searches, this employee will have a passion for talent acquisition coupled with a desire to continue growing as a true HR business partner. They will manage initial candidate outreach, first interviews, and overseeing talent in the pipeline. They will partner with hiring managers to design custom searches and advise on the talent landscape.

5 years or more experience as a true generalist with significant ER and Recruitment focuses are a must.

The firm works on a hybrid schedule, with 3 days in office. BA/BS are required.
