Erica is an Executive Director based in New York City. Her focus is on partnering with financial services and professional services businesses to identify management to executive-level HR talent to elevate their businesses. Erica works across the full spectrum of HR disciplines delivering searches for clients to secure the best match within HR leadership roles, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, talent management, HRIS and learning and development.

Erica has been forging meaningful relationships with companies to build their people teams since 2013 and has an extensive network of HR professionals who leverage her for her market intelligence and career counselling. Erica held an earlier career in marketing and is passionate about networking and supporting the HR community. She went to Syracuse University with a double major in marketing/entrepreneurship from the Whitman School of Management and a minor from the Newhouse School of Management in public communications.
