Peter sits within the reward, HRIS, mobility and analytics team here at Frazer Jones supporting clients across professional/financial services and commerce & industry. His focus is the mid-senior end of the market helping clients achieve their talent agenda. As a business, Frazer Jones have evolved it's reward offering to closely support client’s needs by aligning the service to specialist vertical markets.

Having joined the reward family in 2018, Peter was immediately struck, through the hiring process, by how passionate and dedicated the entire SR Group were to go the extra mile to support clients. These qualities chimed precisely with Peter's own values and work-ethic that has carried him through a 20+ year career in recruitment. This career has included being a Partner/Owner of a professional services recruiter, to then branching out into the wider FS/PS and C&I world.

Peter's working style is to adopt a business partnering approach with clients where knowledge is shared and collaboration is harnessed to resolve the talent challenge. Peter is a firm believer in providing market analysis, insights and wider updates to allow the client’s he is supporting to make evidence-based decisions to hire their talent.

Functionally Peter has supported clients with both retained search and contingent mandates to resolve their talent challenges and have facilitated a number of searches in niche areas across the HR spectrum.
