Tobias leads our team across the DACH region. Since joining Frazer Jones in 2014, he has supported numerous market leading businesses to build out their HR functions. Tobias has worked with local and global clients to appoint HR business partners, as well as reward, talent management, HR services and talent acquisition roles within their operations. He has also facilitated the appointment of HR directors for mid-size and large-scale corporations.
