Tom is part of the regional team, focusing on the South West and Thames Valley markets. Prior to joining Frazer Jones, he founded and led Purple House Recruitment for 20 years, a boutique HR recruitment firm based in Bristol, specialising in mid to senior-level roles across a wide range of sectors.
Tom began his recruitment career in 1996, initially specialising in finance, before transitioning to HR recruitment in 2000. Over the years, he has built a strong network and reputation, supporting both interim and permanent HR appointments across the UK.
