The organisation is now embarking on a huge transformation program, which will impact all of its employees. This change will focus on culture, digitalization and structure and will be an exciting journey transforming this giant into a more modern entity.

The Role

This critical appointment will be one of the leaders in driving this transformational change and will report into the SVP – HR. Your role will be to map the strategy and culture change program and then mobilize the HR team and wider business to embed and deliver the change.

Heading up a large team of HR professionals you will also oversee Organisational Design and Development and work closely with the business to align the People Strategy to the goals of the organisation.

The Criteria

This position will best suit a highly strategic, exceptionally strong senior HR professional with a passion and energy to drive transformation and change in huge, complex organisations.

This will be an opportunity to leave a legacy and modernize this more conservative business through progressive people strategies and new HR technology.
