Assistant Director, Rewards

We are exclusively partnering with a leading Singapore-headquartered organization to appoint a strategic and experienced Assistant Director of Rewards. This is a highly confidential mandate within a well-established organisation with diverse business interests and a strong market presence in Singapore and growth story across the region.

As the AD for Rewards, you will report directly to the Head of Rewards and work closely with the Chief Human Resources Officer as well, to take full ownership of the total rewards strategy. You will support in leading and driving the design and execution of executive compensation frameworks, ensuring robust governance, compliance, and alignment with the Organisation’s overarching business strategy. Working closely with senior business leaders and the remuneration committee, you will drive a consistent, competitive, and sustainable approach to rewards across multiple entities and markets.

We are seeking an accomplished rewards practitioner with a proven background in large, complex organisations. You will bring deep expertise in total rewards, ideally also in executive compensation, and experience engaging with remuneration committees. The successful candidate will demonstrate strategic agility, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across diverse businesses and geographies.
