Location: New York, NY
Hybrid: 3 days in office
Compensation range: $130-170k base salary plus bonus
Our client is a top tier global quant hedge fund looking for a Campus Recruiting Specialist to join their team. The firm is at the top of their game and need someone who will drive end to end campus engagement strategy all the way through to execution.
Working in a tight-knit and collaborative team you will be responsible for:
- Developing strategy for multiple schools including setting objectives and shaping the annual campus calendar.
- Function as the key point of contact for external relationships including university partners and student organizations.
- Create and execute on-campus events in partnership with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and elevate engagement by leveraging data analysis and insights.
It’s an amazing role and one where you must be comfortable both working strategically but also getting stuck into the day-to-day execution.
Key requirements:
- 6+ years’ experience as a campus recruiter or in university relations.
- Experience with event management and relationship building.
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience working within a financial or professional services firm would be beneficial but not required.
