I’m recruiting for an Implementation Consultant (Cascade HR) to join a UK‑based Software provider on a permanent basis.
This is a client‑facing role focused on implementing Cascade HR and Payroll solutions, working directly with customers to configure systems, deliver training, and support successful go‑lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement Cascade HR and/or Payroll solutions for customers.
- Deliver training sessions remotely and on‑site.
- Work closely with Project Managers and product teams.
- Support customers through implementation challenges.
- Provide feedback to support ongoing product improvement.
Skills & Experience
- Experience implementing or supporting HR and/or Payroll systems.
- Comfortable working directly with customers and delivering training.
- Able to explain systems clearly to non‑technical users.
- Willing to travel across the UK.
