Compensation Specialist – Financial Services
A leading global financial services organisation is seeking a Global Compensation Specialist to join their Singapore office. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the Regional Head of Reward, offering both strategic and hands-on responsibilities across international markets.
Operating in a hybrid global and regional Compensation Partner role, reporting directly to the Regional Head of Reward, this individual will operate in an advisory and internal Comp Consultant capacity, working closely with the business and HR team locally and internationally. This individual will help define the compensation strategy for APAC and group, manage comp processes and projects end-to-end across the respective international markets, working closely with the regional and country teams on specific programmes and frameworks.
You will be an accomplished Compensation Manager or Senior Compensation Associate, with a track record operating in a global or regional role within a large global matrix financial services organization. You will be comfortable partnering with the group and regional leadership team (front office businesses) and Reward team in a trusted compensation and /or rewards adviser capacity, supporting a large number of international markets as part of a lean and collaborative team. You take an innovative and solutions orientated approach – able to think big picture and execute in an all-encompassing role. Former experience in a buy side firm, global trading organization and / or a complex matrix financial services firm is preferred given the beneficial product knowledge. This individual will be operating as a Senior Associate / Manager level.
