Culture and Engagement Manager – Aviation
We are thrilled to be partnering with a global Asian HQ brand on an exciting Culture and Engagement Manager opportunity. As part of a sizeable and established HR team, you’ll come in to lead a team and be at the forefront of driving internal events and wellness activities including CSR initiatives for a global business that has more than 10,000 employees in Singapore.
Your key responsibilities will include developing, executing and refining certain strategies that are fostered towards the company culture and values. You’ll lead a talented team to enhance employee engagement through multiple platforms and implement necessary changes that are aligned to the company’s mission. Engaging with key stakeholders within the business, you’ll use the latest tools and technology to measure employee behaviours and engagement to identify the gaps and come up with solutions and newly proposed insights. In addition to this, a core part of your role will also involve social impact and CSR initiatives in order to strengthen and shape the company’s social responsibility and awareness.
The suitable individual should bring a minimum of 7 years’ experience as a culture and engagement manager with previous team lead experience as an advantage. You should bring sound knowledge and experience implementing and driving certain cultural engagement initiatives and CSR events for a sizeable business with proven success. You’ll be a confident speaker, with excellent communication skills and understand how to use data and tools to analyse and elevate certain practices.
Location: Singapore, East
Compensation: salary up to SGD 156,000 + attractive bonus and benefits
