EDI & Wellbeing Manager

Hybrid/ Central London

Permanent

£55,000

Shape inclusion, wellbeing and culture in a business undergoing real transformation.

We’re partnering with a leading arts and cultural organisation as they invest in their People & Culture function and build a more inclusive, high-performing and future-focused workplace. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning ideas into action, using data to drive decisions and helping create an environment where people can do their best work.

Reporting to the Head of Inclusion & Culture, you’ll support the delivery of EDI and wellbeing initiatives across a workforce of 1000+ employees, while helping embed inclusion, belonging and employee wellbeing into everyday people practices. You’ll work closely with HR, Occupational Health, Internal Communications, leaders and employee networks to deliver meaningful programmes that support culture change and employee engagement.

We’re looking for someone who combines strong people values with an understanding of impact, outcomes and value for investment. Experience from the arts, media, entertainment, creative or wider commercial sectors would be particularly attractive.

The role

  • Deliver EDI and wellbeing programmes and initiatives.
  • Coordinate action plans, campaigns and awareness activity.
  • Analyse workforce and engagement data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Produce reporting, dashboards and insights.
  • Review policies and processes through an inclusion and wellbeing lens.
  • Support learning, engagement and employee voice initiatives.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to embed inclusive behaviours and practices.

About You

  • Experience in EDI, wellbeing, employee engagement, OD or a broader people-focused role.
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confident using data and insight to inform decisions.
  • Knowledge of EDI best practice and employment legislation.
  • A pragmatic, delivery-focused approach.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of how people initiatives support organisational success.

If you’re passionate about creating inclusive workplaces and using insight to drive positive change, we’d love to hear from you. Apply now or get in touch for a confidential conversation.
