Employment Relations Manager
- Provide expert ER advice, drive the ER strategy and work on change projects

- Full time or part time (4 days per week)
This is a newly created opportunity for an experienced ER or HR professional to join a highly regarded professional services firm. Joining a small specialist team who sit in a broader national people team, you will provide best practice advice on employee relations and broader people risk matters whilst working on complex change projects.
Responsibilities are varied and will include:
- Working closely with & supporting the HR Business Partners on a broad range of ER issues
- Working on projects relating to people risk priorities, such as obligations under WHS (including psychosocial risk), the Fair Work Act, anti-discrimination etc
- Develop, review and evolve policies & procedures to ensure best practice and compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory changes
- Preparing reports for the Board and other governance committees
About you:
- Proven experience as an ER specialist or a broader HR role with a large ER component, ideally in a corporate / professional services environment
- Highly developed knowledge of employment and workplace health and safety legislation
- Understanding of change management approaches with experience working on HR projects
- A desire to learn and grow in a high performance, collaborative team culture
- A degree in HR, employee relations or law
