Global Payroll & Benefits Analyst – Oxford – Perm – Hybrid

I am working with a leading Energy organisation who are going through high scale growth and now looking to add a Global Payroll & Benefits Analyst to join the Payroll & Benefits team.

Responsibilities:

– Taking ownership of working closely with each payroll provider across multiple countries
– Using Excel to collate data and run reports for payroll providers
– Assisting with all benefit queries and support manager with new schemes
– Processing both bi-weekly and monthly payroll
– Working with wider stakeholders with any payroll & benefits queries
– Good Excel skills
– Strong Global payroll experience
