Our client is a leading conglomerate experiencing rapid market expansion and organizational transformation. As they redefine their business landscape, they seek an accomplished Group HRBP to collaborate with senior leadership in developing people strategies that drive their ambitious growth agenda. This pivotal role requires an HR professional who excels in dynamic environments, demonstrates comfort with ambiguity, and proactively addresses complex challenges during periods of significant change.

As the Group HRBP, you will serve as a strategic partner to C-suite executives and business leaders, ensuring HR initiatives directly support commercial objectives. Your role will involve leading workforce planning efforts and designing organizational structures that align with transformation goals. You will champion cultural evolution and structural changes, acting as a catalyst for agility while implementing programs that build leadership pipelines and organizational capabilities. Building strong relationships across diverse business units will be critical to balancing local needs with group-wide standards. Your ability to anticipate HR challenges and develop scalable solutions will be instrumental in navigating the complexities of rapid expansion.

The successful candidate will bring 6+ years of progressive HRBP or HR leadership experience within large, matrixed organizations such as conglomerates or high-growth multinationals. We require demonstrated expertise in senior stakeholder management with a proven ability to influence C-level decision-making. Your background should include substantial experience guiding organizations through transformation initiatives, whether through restructuring, change management, or scaling operations. The role demands resilience and adaptability to thrive in ambiguous situations while maintaining a solutions-focused approach.
