HR Advisor
My client is commercial property business looking to appoint a HR Advisor on 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and motivated People Advisor to join a dynamic team that will support development and HR skillset. This role is ideal for someone who is immediately available and looking to broaden their experience across a wide range of HR functions.

- Gain hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, employee relations, employee engagement and performance.
- Work closely with experienced HR professionals in a collaborative environment, reporting into a Head of HR and alongside HR Business Partners.
- Contribute to meaningful projects including change management and policy development, process efficiency and coordination.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
- Advising managers and employees on HR policies and employment law
- Coordinating employee relations cases and documentation
- Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring GDPR compliance
- Assisting with office management tasks to keep things running smoothly
- Contributing to HR initiatives and reporting
What We’re Looking For:
- CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience
- Good understanding of UK employment law, you will have the opportunity to develop the level of experience in role but it is essential you have had exposure to employee relations cases.
- Previous experience in an HR advisor or HR Co-ordinator role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confidence in handling first-line employee relations queries
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office

Salary: £40,000
