HR Advisor – ER focus
£55,000
Hybrid/London – 2 office days per week
Opportunity available for an ER focused HR Advisor for a newly created position within a dynamic and commercially-minded organisation.
The role will sits within the business partnering team to independently manage the majority of the employee relations casework. You will be responsible for end to end case management including absence, parental leave, disciplinaries, PIPs, outcome letters, and policy advice.
You will also work closely with HR Business Partners across the organisation on complex casework and assist in driving proactive ER solutions and strategy with long-term opportunity for progression in the area.
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for ER and confident managing a broad caseload
- Commercial, creative, and solutions-focused
- Calm under pressure, able to push back and influence senior stakeholders
- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
- Strong employment law knowledge – proactive in staying up to date
