I am partnering with an international business in Wiltshire to help them recruit an HR Business Partner who’s focus will be development of data analytics and systems as well as providing generalist support to the business.

This is a great role for development and progression, you will be joining a high performing and collaborative HR team who strive for excellence and success!

Reporting into the Senior HR Manager you will take responsibility for all tasks related to data and systems which will promote efficiency and give valuable insight to support performance management and employee engagement. You will produce and analyse various reports/KPI data, identifying trends and providing recommendations for improvements.

As the systems expert you will be confident to carry out testing and deliver training to the wider HR team and management on new modules and system updates. Part of your role will be supporting the employee lifecycle initiatives to include salary review and bonus. This is a varied role which will give you the opportunity to work on HR projects to include the roll out of the new time and attendance system. As this is a generalist position you will also be expected to support on employee relation case work when required as well as policy review and implementing change.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate your ability and experience of working within an HR system-based position, you will have proven success of working with and manipulating data as well as advanced excel skills to include, pivot tables and v lookups, if you have used PowerBI this will be of real interest to my client but not essential.

Ideally you will have experience of working on a systems integration project and will demonstrate strong analytical and numerical skills along with being highly organized with good planning skills. As this role also covers a generalist remit, you will be expected to demonstrate your ability to lead and manage Employee Reaction case work as well as policy review and updates.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is working at Senior HR Advisor level looking to take the next step in their career or someone who enjoys HR systems but wants a mix of generalist and system responsibility.
