HR Business Partner – Investment Management

We are delighted to be partnering with a close client on a HR Manager opportunity to be based in their Singapore office. As a global investment management firm headquartered in the US and with an APAC headquarter in Singapore, their market-let investment strategies and cutting-edge technologies has demonstrated a collaborative and performance-driven culture that has allowed for exponential growth and success across the APAC region.

As a HR Manager, you’ll support the Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai and Shanghai offices on all business partnering matters including employee relations issues, compliance and regulatory reporting matters whilst working alongside the HR Specialist to lead all onboarding and offboarding matters and operational issues. You’ll report directly into the Head of HR based in the US and act as the main contact point for senior stakeholders across the APAC region, ensuring collaboration and advisory across the four offices. You’ll also be a part of a business with advanced technology and leverage tools to provide metrics and reporting whilst working closely with the HRIS team on manpower reporting and review. Whilst the business continues to expand and venture into new areas, you’ll be required to act as a trusted advisor and business partner for leadership whilst also managing new HR projects to scale and manage growth and ensure optimal performance and engagement across all offices.

The suitable individual should bring at least 6 years of HR business partnering / generalist experience within the financial services industry in Singapore and the APAC region as an advantage. You’ll be someone who is able to deliver results efficiently as part of a team as well as independently when required. Previous team lead / supervisory experience is an added advantage as well as the ability to provide excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across a varied and international business. You’ll be someone who is comfortable managing change with proven ability to ideate and be an advocate for growth.

Quarterly travel may be required for this role.
