HR Director (m/w/d)
to lead their HR initiatives and drive their people strategy forward
Position Overview:
As the HR Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the organization by developing and implementing HR strategies that support their business objectives. You will lead a talented HR team and collaborate closely with senior leadership to foster a high-performance culture, attract and retain top talent, and ensure our workforce is engaged, motivated, and empowered to achieve their full potential. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement initiatives.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract, select, and onboard top talent across all levels of the organization.
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent management and succession planning programs.
- Oversee performance management processes to ensure ongoing feedback, coaching, and development opportunities for employees.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Lead compensation and benefits strategies to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a culture of belonging and respect.
- Oversee HR compliance and ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable HR initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Experience in the consumer goods industry preferred but not required.
- German and English fluently
