HR Project Manager
£70,000 – £85,000 + car allowance, bonus, pension, and other benefits
Hybrid 2 days in the office

Working for a multi-site manufacturing business with international presence, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Project Manager to lead on a number of business critical HR related projects that will enable the organisation to go through a time of change and transformation

DUTIES

  • You will identify areas of improvement across all HR disciplines, working with the broader HR team and individual stakeholders from an operational standpoint, your role will be to design the road maps, timelines, strategy and then to fully lead on the projects to ensure they are delivered and successful, bringing in outer areas of the business where needed
  • Partnering with stakeholders across all business areas you will identify HR related projects, this could be anything from culture and values, engagement, onboarding, through to reward, processes, DEI and much more
  • Present findings to the Board, at Town Halls, and create engagement and collaboration where appropriate
  • Your strong organisational skills will ensure timelines are kept and any challenges are overcome, reporting progress to senior leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Your focus will not only be one off projects but also continuous improvement, focusing on best in class and engagement with the business, you will problem solve and listen to all thoughts and opinions to fact find before designing the project, building the team sponsors and producing outcomes.
  • You will understand the outcomes, the wider commercial impact and be able to incorporate this into the projects you build, considering risk and company engagement along the way

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • A strong HR background across a generalist and broad remit
  • You may currently have a HR Project Manager role, or if coming from and HRBP / Head of HR or similar role you will have had extensive project experience and will have fully designed, mapped out, led and executed them
  • Strong project management skills are essential, methodology experience is desirable
  • You will be a collaborator, strong communicator and able to pull teams together, you will have a growth mindset and enjoy looking at solutions for problems
  • A background within manufacturing or similar environment is required
  • The role is hybrid, with an expectation of 2 days in the office a week and travel on occasions to other sites, more in the initial onboarding of the role, but then as and when needed.
