We are partnering a well-established pharmaceutical company that has global presence, exponential growth and exciting expansion plan for the region. It is a high energy team with strong collaborative culture. As part of continuing business needs, they are currently seeking a high calibre Group HR Business Partner and Talent Management Senior Manager to join the team, managing a regional portfolio. Reporting to the Head of HR, this position is accountable for taking care of strategic business partnering, talent management, organisational development, talent acquisition, together with operations.

You will be at the forefront of building talent capabilities within the organization. You will be responsible for leading the efforts to build and scale the talent management function and leadership / learning programs across the group. This role will be the primary architect of the talent framework and solutions that will be foundation to the continued success and growth of the business. You will create the overall strategy and road map to deliver on a robust talent and development agenda that is aligned with business needs; evaluate, design and execute programs as part of the Learning & Development initiatives; assess and transform performance management processes and systems that drive high performance and engagement throughout the organisation; drive and manage the talent review and succession planning; plan and execute the employee engagement survey, and help evaluate results and follow up with actions plans. In addition, you will build, and lead the implementation of various Organizational Development programs that aim at driving a collaborative and high performing culture, design and evaluate organisation structure, effectiveness, and manpower planning.

The successful incumbent will be commercial, dynamic, have excellent presentation and numeracy, and importantly, a positive ‘can-do’ attitude. You will implement an effective people strategy. It is a fast-paced business where the direction of travel will change, and you will need to be agile and keep up with the pace.

Desirable: Pharmaceutical / Retail / Hospitality / FMCG / Services background

Location: Singapore

Compensation: salary up to SGD 120,000 + attractive bonus and benefits
