L&D Manager – Abu Dhabi
Our client, a leading financial services organisation, are currently hiring for an L&D Manager to join their business. This is a new role and will be based in Abu Dhabi.
Duties will include –
- Developing learning solutions and learning proposals
- Building consultative and advisory relationships with stakeholders
- Appraise, position, and explain vendor solutions and services to stakeholders
- Take lead in developing proposals and presenting solutions
- Identifying individual business learning needs
- Managing the complete life cycle of learning projects
You must have a background within a similar role and from a financial services background. This role will require regional experience and to be currently based in the UAE.
