Part-Time Compensation Partner

This entrepreneurial powerhouse is seeking a Compensation Partner to work directly with the C-suite and senior leadership, shaping the future of pay and performance across the organisation.
What You’ll Own This is no ordinary role. You’ll be the architect behind compensation strategies that fuel growth, reward excellence that aligns with market trends. Your remit includes:
- Lead the design, review, and implementation of incentive compensation plans, pay structures, and employee communications across the organisation.
- Manage annual pay reviews and bonus cycles, ensuring consistency, fairness, and alignment with performance outcomes.
- Drive planning and execution of Bonus and Long-Term Incentive schemes, including target setting, stakeholder engagement, approvals, and rollout-partnering closely with the CFO, CEO, CPO, and regional/departmental leaders.
- Collaborate with business leaders to align financial and non-financial performance metrics with strategic objectives, ensuring consistent calibration and assessment through bi-annual performance reviews.
- Administer the LTI schemes, working with Finance and Legal to ensure full compliance with regulatory and tax requirements across jurisdictions.
- Benchmark roles using market and internal data, maintaining a consistent and equitable pay structure and advising on salary adjustments where appropriate.
- Review and evolve the organisation’s benefits strategy, ensuring competitiveness and relevance to employee needs.
- Support executive compensation matters, including preparing materials for RemCo meetings and contributing to the DRR.
