Our client, a prestigious global professional services organisation, is seeking an experienced Partner Recruitment Advisor to join its London-based Talent Acquisition team.
This is a unique opportunity for a recruitment professional with experience in senior-level hiring, executive search, or professional services recruitment to play a key role in supporting the firm’s strategic growth through the recruitment of partners and senior lateral talent.
The Role
Working closely with senior stakeholders, business leaders and HR colleagues, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for partner and senior-level hires. This highly visible position offers the opportunity to influence strategic hiring decisions and contribute directly to the organisation’s long-term growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the full lifecycle recruitment process for partner and senior leadership hires.
- Partnering with business leaders to understand strategic growth objectives and hiring requirements.
- Coordinating candidate assessment processes, interviews, due diligence and offer management.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with executive search firms and external recruitment partners.
- Producing market intelligence, competitor insights and talent mapping reports.
- Supporting the onboarding and integration of senior hires.
- Delivering an exceptional candidate experience whilst maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ensuring accurate reporting, data management and stakeholder communication throughout the recruitment process.
We are interested in speaking with candidates who possess:
- Previous experience in partner recruitment, executive search, legal recruitment, professional services recruitment, or senior talent acquisition.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to engage with senior leaders and business decision-makers.
- Excellent project management and organisational abilities.
- A commercial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, professional services environment would be advantageous.
