Payroll Specialist – £40,000 – £45,000 + Bonus – City Of London
Frazer Jones are delighted to be supporting a leading name in professional services on the recruitment of a Payroll Specialist to join the business on a permanent basis.
Our client is offering hybrid working (2 days required into the office)
- Processing of monthly UK payrolls, including HM Revenue & Customs and Auto Enrolment reporting.
- Managing a portfolio of UK and international clients.
- Coordinating and reviewing international payrolls.
- Serving as the first point of contact with clients and their employees, answering queries and facilitating communication.
- Liaising with our network of international payroll providers and HMRC.
- Setting up and on boarding new clients.
- Attending meetings and calls with new and existing clients.
- Preparation of funding requests, banking, and payments from client’s payroll accounts for an interim period.
- Delivering great client service.
- Controlling WIP and billing on your portfolio.
Skills & Experience required:
- CIPP Part/ fully qualified
- Must have exposure to working within a Payroll bureau or practice.
- 3-5 years of UK Payroll exposure
