Project Manager – Executive Compensation
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Executive Compensation Project Manager to join our clients’ consulting team in New York. In this role, you’ll manage client projects focused on executive pay strategy, incentive design, and regulatory support. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver thoughtful, data-driven solutions that align with business goals and market practices.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage executive compensation projects from start to finish
- Advise clients on pay strategy, incentive plans, and governance
- Analyze compensation data and build financial models
- Support clients with regulatory filings and proxy disclosures
- Coordinate with internal consultants, analysts, and legal teams
- Prepare and present materials to clients, boards, and committees
What We’re Looking For
- 6-8 years of experience in executive compensation or total rewards
- Strong understanding of pay practices, equity plans, and regulations
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and client relationships
- Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint; modeling experience is a plus
- Clear communicator with strong attention to detail
