Recruiter

Our client is a global asset manager seeking a mid-level recruiter who will report directly to the CHRO. This role will be the sole global Recruiter for the firm of 165 employees, managing full life cycle recruiting and working with agency partners in a low volume, high touch environment.

This role will have the opportunity to get involved more broadly to develop new recruiting programs, advise on their general recruiting operations and help shape the future of the recruitment function at the firm. They are seeking at least 3 years of experience in relevant financial services environments, inclusive of full life cycle recruiting.

This role will require 4 days on-site in the Midtown Manhattan office.
