With a large and diverse workforce spanning more than 15 European countries, this is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded and analytical Reward professional to step into a broad, international role. - Conducting job evaluation, salary benchmarking and market analysis
- Building and maintaining advanced Excel models, dashboards and reports
- Supporting salary and bonus review cycles, including modelling and data preparation

- Monitoring market trends and providing recommendations to stakeholders
- Supporting the EU Pay Transparency Directive and wider reward transformation projects
- Providing guidance around international transfers, assignments and remote working requests
- Maintaining reward data within SuccessFactors
- Partnering with HR, Finance and external providers across Europe
You will bring previous experience within Reward, Compensation & Benefits or Total Reward, ideally gained within a multi-country or European environment. You’ll combine strong technical and analytical capability with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships across a complex business.
Experience and capabilities will include:
- Previous Reward, Compensation & Benefits or Total Reward experience
- Strong compensation benchmarking and job evaluation expertise
- Advanced Excel and data modelling skills
- Experience with market data providers such as WTW, Mercer or Korn Ferry
- Experience supporting annual salary and/or bonus review cycles
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, practical insight for non-specialist stakeholders
- Exposure to European reward practices would be highly desirable
This is an excellent opportunity to join a business at an important point in its transformation journey, where Reward is playing a key role in supporting change across its European operations.
The role is offering a salary of £68,000-£70,000 on a 12-month fixed-term contract, alongside a comprehensive benefits package. The role is based in Hertfordshire and operates on a hybrid working model.
