Reporting to the Head of HR and working closely with the HRBPs and other key stakeholders, you will be called upon to provide valuable insight for the firm, considering such things as current and changing relevant legislation, external best practice, and working to make sure that recommendations are commercially beneficial to the firm.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Reward Manager looking for a role that will offer a lot more than just BAU, with a real opportunity to make substantial changes and improvements.
