This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected organisation with a strong legacy and ambitious plans for the future. As they embark on a major organisational and cultural transformation, they’re looking for a commercially minded Senior People Partner to help drive the people agenda and influence change at senior leadership level.
This is a true business partnering role moving beyond a reactive HR model to focus on talent, capability, succession planning, organisational design and transformation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partnering with senior leaders to deliver people plans aligned to business objectives
- Leading workforce planning, organisational design and change initiatives
- Driving conversations around talent, succession, leadership capability and future workforce needs
- Using people data and insight to influence decision-making and improve organisational performance
- Building manager capability and embedding a proactive approach to people management
- Supporting culture change, engagement and inclusion initiatives
- Acting as a trusted adviser and constructive challenger to senior stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- Strong HR Business Partnering experience within a complex organisation
- Proven success delivering organisational change and transformation programmes
- A proactive, commercially focused approach with the confidence to challenge and influence senior leaders
- Experience in workforce planning, talent management and succession planning
- Sound knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations
- Someone who thrives in evolving environments and embraces change
- A pragmatic and innovative change agent who is focused on finding better ways of working
