Senior Talent Manager
Our client, a leading consumer goods organization, is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Manager to drive strategic talent initiatives across North America. This individual contributor position is a high-impact role partnering with HR and business leaders to build future leadership pipelines, strengthen succession planning, and deliver culture and engagement programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Talent & Succession Planning processes and ensure robust career paths for future leaders
- Partner on Culture & Engagement initiatives, including DEI and well-being programs
- Drive Leadership Development – identify high-potential needs, support future leader programs, and facilitate senior development sessions
- Collaborate on Organization Effectiveness and workforce planning strategies
- Work closely with global teams to deliver talent programs and insights
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience managing Talent programs and HR Business Partnering in complex fast-paced organizations
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels
- Expertise in succession planning, talent development, and performance management
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills
- Strategic mindset with business acumen and ability to connect data to decisions
- Someone in or around New Jersey. This is a full-time, hybrid role.
