About the Role

Reporting to the Regional Head of TA, the Talent Acquisition Lead will be the key advisor to the senior leadership team on recruitment strategies and roadmap, including planning, driving and implementing an array for talent / recruitment programmes and initiatives to support the business transformation. As the business continues to expand their footprints in Singapore, the Talent Acquisition Lead will be critical to develop new and innovative policies and/or review existing policies, tools and processes to ensure a strong and “future ready” talent pool to stay dynamic and agile to meet changing conditions, and evolving needs and priorities of the organisation.

The Successful Candidate

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 15 years of recruitment / talent acquisition leadership experience with a record in supporting business in transformation. You must have prior experience in managing high volume hiring across blue collar and/or technical roles. You have proven track record to conceptualise, implement and drive agile and/or out-of-the-box recruitment programmes, with the ability to prioritize time sensitive projects and/or competing timelines. You have strong communications and interpersonal skills to collaborate and advise senior commercial leadership, and to communicate your ideas and programmes in a clear and concise manner across all levels of management.

Location: Singapore

Compensation: $150,000 per annum, excluding attractive bonus and benefits
