We’re partnering with a global manufacturing organization to appoint a Manager, Talent Acquisition, responsible for leading corporate recruiting across North America. This is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to influence hiring strategy, elevate recruiting programs, and play a key part in shaping the future workforce of a large, multinational organization.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition Americas, you’ll lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate functions while providing expertise and guidance to HR leaders across the U.S. and Canada.
Beyond day-to-day recruiting, this role offers the chance to own and modernize early career talent initiatives, including internship and rotational leadership programs, helping build a pipeline of future talent across the business.
The successful candidate will combine hands-on recruiting expertise with a strategic mindset, partnering closely with senior leaders to identify talent needs, improve recruiting effectiveness, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

Key Areas of Responsibility
As an individual contributor, you’ll oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
- Developing recruitment strategies
- Building talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs
- Direct sourcing and candidate attraction initiatives
- Candidate assessment, selection, and interview management
- Offer negotiation and closing
- Recruitment reporting, metrics, and process improvement
- Vendor and external recruitment partner management
- Advising HR leaders and hiring managers on recruiting best practices
In addition, you’ll take ownership of the North American Early Career Talent programs, driving innovation and introducing best practices that enhance candidate quality, program effectiveness, and long-term talent outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an experienced talent acquisition professional who can operate as both a strategic advisor and hands-on recruiter.
Ideal backgrounds include:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience supporting corporate functions within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or operational environments
- Strong expertise managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple disciplines
- Advanced experience with Workday Recruiting / ATS platforms
- Previous exposure to Workday Recruiting implementations is highly advantageous
- Experience managing recruitment vendors and external search partners
- Ability to build credibility with senior leaders and HR stakeholders
- Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging recruitment metrics and data
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Location & Working Pattern
📍 Tampa, Florida
* Onsite working environment, five days per week
Compensation
Base Salary: $110,000 – $130,000
