We’re partnering with a leading international financial services organisation to hire an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a large-scale contingent workforce programme across multiple regions.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in MSP, RPO, contingent workforce, contractor recruitment, or vendor management who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, suppliers, HR and Procurement to drive contractor hiring activity, improve processes, and deliver a best-in-class contingent workforce experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing contingent hiring activity across multiple international markets
- Partnering with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and hiring plans
- Coordinating recruitment activity with staffing suppliers and external partners
- Supporting contractor onboarding, extensions and offboarding processes
- Monitoring workforce data, reporting and hiring activity
- Providing market insights and workforce intelligence to support hiring decisions
- Building strong relationships with business leaders, suppliers and internal teams
What We’re Looking For
- Experience within Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, MSP, RPO, Vendor Management or Contingent Workforce programmes
- Strong understanding of contractor and contingent workforce hiring processes
- Experience working across multiple countries and stakeholder groups
- Knowledge of Workday, Magnit, Beeline, Fieldglass or similar platforms
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, evolving environment
