ER Specialist

London | Hybrid Working (2 Days Office / 3 Days Home)

We’re partnering with a leading Investment Management organisation to appoint an experienced ER Specialist into a newly created role during an exciting period of business transformation and modernisation.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected organisation that is evolving its People function and looking for a commercially minded Employee Relations professional to help drive positive change across the business.

As the ER subject matter expert, you’ll manage a complex caseload, partner with leaders on sensitive people matters, provide expert employment law guidance, and help develop manager capability. You’ll also play a key role in shaping policies, supporting organisational change, and embedding best-practice people solutions.

We’re looking for:

• Significant Employee Relations experience managing complex and high-risk cases.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience operating within a regulated environment.
• A pragmatic, commercial approach to problem-solving.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• CIPD qualified (or working towards).

Experience within Financial Services, Investment Management, Asset Management, Banking, Professional Services, or other highly regulated sectors would be highly advantageous.
