Lisanne leads Frazer Jones in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. As well as managing the team, she recruits senior HR professionals on both an interim and permanent basis. Lisanne joined Frazer Jones in May 2021, having spent six years in recruitment. Before this, she completed a bachelor’s degree in applied psychology. Having travelled around the world, she is used to working with people from different backgrounds and adjusts her approach with ease.
