Lisanne leads our HR talent, reward and HR interim team in Amsterdam. With the HR talent team, she focuses on recruiting HR professionals from mid to management level on a permanent basis. With the interim team, she focuses on recruiting interim HR professionals from mid to executive level. With the reward team, she focuses on the market ranging from payroll to compensation to HRIS. All teams work across all sectors in Benelux. Lisanne joined Frazer Jones in May 2021, having spent six years in recruitment. Before this, she completed a bachelor’s degree in applied psychology. Having travelled around the world, she is used to working with people from different backgrounds and adjusts her approach with ease.
