Location: New York, NY
In Office Schedule: 2-3 days on site in Manhattan
Compensation range: Up to $280k base salary
Our client is a global fintech firm with an excellent reputation and strong growth plans. They’re looking for a Director, HRBP to lead the global HRBP team and function as a partner to senior leaders.
You’ll be reporting to the Head of People and have a ton of exposure and ownership. They’re looking for someone to drive process improvement, develop the team, and drive the business into the next stage of growth.
As the Director, HRBP you will be responsible for:
- Managing the team of global HRBPs.
- Running performance management processes.
- Succession and business resilience planning.
- Handling employee relations issues.
- Managing the year-end process including managing performance reviews and working with the team to plan for the coming year.
- Assessing efficacy of processes and revamping as needed.
- Working in partnership with senior leaders in the business and across the people team.

Key requirements:
- 10+ years’ experience as an HRBP with proven people management skills.
- Experience working within a fast paced and scaling organization.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working within a global business with offices in different regions would be beneficial.
