HR Analyst
Role: HR Analyst
Location: New York, NY
In-Office Schedule: 5 days in office
Compensation range: $130-150k base salary plus bonus

Our client is a global investment firm operating in a highly dynamic, entrepreneurial, and high-performance environment. The team is looking for a HR Analyst to join their team in NY and support a broad range of HR initiatives across the firm.
Reporting to the US Head of HR, you will:
- Support the preparation of employment-related documentation, including offer letters, employment agreements, agency contracts, and release agreements.
- Maintain and manage HR data across the HRIS and employee files, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection standards.
- Assist with payroll, compensation forecasting, and benefits administration, including the implementation of new benefits initiatives.
- Provide day-to-day HR support across employee relations, performance management, and learning and development activities.
- Support global mobility processes, including relocations, visa coordination, and international employee documentation.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes and handle general HR administration and employee correspondence.
- Conduct policy research and support updates to ensure alignment with employment laws and regulatory requirements.
Key requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic background.
- 2-5 years of experience in an HR Analyst, HR Generalist, or related HR role, ideally within financial services or a similarly fast‑paced environment.
- Experience supporting payroll, benefits administration, and working with HRIS platforms.
- Strong Excel and data management skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
- Proactive, analytical, and well‑organized, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
