HR Business Partner
A small London based Financial Services organisation is recruiting an HR Business Partner to start immediately initially on a 6 month fixed term basis.
This role will work closely with the Head of HR to support on BAU activities as well as other HR projects.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Manage cyclical HR activities such and pay and benefit reviews
- Deliver training to managers
- Lead on Diversity & Inclusion
- Manage recruitment
- Manager employee relations cases
- Manage the outsourced payroll provider
- Work with the HR System
- Manage SMCR
- Manage onboarding & offboarding, including contract generation
- Manage sickness absence reporting
- Other BAU activities and HR Projects
Desirable Skills and Experiences:
- Experience working in financial services and SMCR
- High attention to detail
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Experience managing Employee relations cases and strong UK employment law knowledge
- Experience working in a full HR generalist position
- Capability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Can start immediately (maximum 1 week notice period)
This is an immediate start position based in London. This is a full time role that provides hybrid working with a requirement to be in the office 3 days per week. The successful candidate must have previous experience working in financial services.
