HRBP – 18 Month Contract
Key areas of focus:
- Supporting mergers, acquisitions, and post-deal integrations
- Leading organisational change and transformation programmes
- Advising on complex employee relations and employment law matters
- Driving workforce planning, organisational design, and talent initiatives
- Influencing senior leaders through periods of business change
- Delivering commercially focused HR solutions that support growth objectives
Ideal background:
- HR Business Partner experience
- M&A, integration, restructuring, or significant change environments
- Strong UK employment law knowledge
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Commercially minded with the ability to balance people and business priorities
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent)
