We’re partnering with a leading financial services organisation to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner to support senior leaders across a national client group.
This is a highly visible role with responsibility for driving strategic people initiatives, organisational change, talent management, employee engagement and culture, while providing expert guidance on complex people matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver people strategies aligned to business goals.
- Lead and support organisational change and transformation initiatives.
- Drive talent, succession planning and employee engagement activity.
- Coach managers on performance, leadership and employee relations matters.
- Use people data and insights to inform decision-making.
- Champion diversity, inclusion and high-performance cultures.
About You
- Proven experience operating as an HR Business Partner.
- CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience supporting change and transformation programmes.
- Commercially minded with excellent employee relations expertise.
- Financial services experience advantageous but not essential.
