Learning & Development Manager/Trainer – Legal Sector
Salary: Up to £65,000
Location: London (Hybrid – 2-3 days in office)

Are you passionate about developing talent and driving professional growth? We’re looking for an experienced Learning & Development Trainer to design and deliver impactful skills training and coaching for junior and mid-level legal professionals and central teams.
In this role, you’ll:
- Create and deliver engaging training programmes covering professional, business, and compliance skills.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and implement innovative solutions.
- Support career development frameworks and competency models.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure training remains relevant and effective.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a business skills trainer, ideally within legal or professional services.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills with the ability to inspire learners.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with e-learning tools and LMS platforms.
