Next-Gen communication: Webinar recording and insights

juli 8, 2025

On Tuesday, 1 July, Adela Frydrychova from Frazer Jones Australia teamed up with Career and Leadership Coach Madeline Miller—creator of the A.I.R. Framework—to host an insightful webinar titled “How Emerging HR Professionals Build Confidence, Credibility & Connection.” The session offered a compelling deep dive into authentic leadership and its vital role in today’s dynamic workplace.

Why this conversation matters

With Gen Z and Millennials projected to make up 70% of the workforce by 2030, the way we communicate, lead and connect is undergoing a seismic shift. Madeline opened the session by highlighting the complexity of today’s multigenerational workplace and the urgent need for self-leadership—the ability to anchor into your voice and value amidst competing communication styles and shifting expectations.

The A.I.R. framework: A new model for leadership

Madeline introduced us to her A.I.R. Framework—a practical, human-centered model for integrated development:

  • Alignment: Clarifying your purpose, values, and self-belief.
  • Influence: Communicating with clarity and confidence, especially under pressure.
  • Resilience: Managing energy, resetting emotionally, and sustaining success without burnout.

This framework resonated deeply with our audience, especially those navigating early-career challenges and striving to find their voice in high-stakes environments.

Confidence rooted in purpose

One of the most powerful takeaways was Madeline’s reframing of confidence. It’s not about being the loudest in the room or having all the answers. Instead, confidence is rooted in clarity—knowing who you are, what you stand for, and how you want to lead. When you’re grounded in that, your voice naturally carries more weight.

If purpose is the battery, then communication is the light. And when the battery is strong, the light is brighter.

Practical tools for real-world impact

Participants were guided through reflective exercises from the Confidence to Connection Toolkit, including:

  • Crafting a personal Mission & Purpose Statement
  • Mapping their communication style using the Communication Matrix
  • Identifying patterns of self-doubt and learning how to recalibrate in moments of pressure

These tools weren’t just theoretical—they were designed to help attendees begin the process of building confidence and presence from the inside out.

What’s next?

While one webinar can’t change the way we work overnight, it can spark important reflection. Some attendees shared how the session helped them better understand their communication habits and start thinking differently about how they present themselves at work.

The real transformation happens over time—with continued practice, support, and intention. Whether you joined us live or are just discovering this now, we invite you to explore the ideas shared and consider how they might support your growth as a communicator and leader.
