Brad leads Frazer Jones in North America. He delivers searches for businesses of all sizes, from start-ups to Fortune 500s, helping them to appoint their people and reward senior teams and leaders. Brad has worked in the industry since 2008 and with Frazer Jones since 2010. Prior to moving to the US in 2016, he helped to build our European business. He takes a research-centric approach and has an extensive HR and reward network, acting as a brand extension for clients in securing the best talent.
