As Executive Director and Head of North Asia, Tony is based in our Hong Kong office and leads a team of HR executive search specialists, covering China, Hong Kong, Korea, Macau, Japan, and Taiwan. The North Asia Frazer Jones business consists of two specialist teams – Financial and Professional Services, and Commerce and Industry.

Tony has over 19 years of HR experience, 12 years of which have been in HR executive search in Asia partnering with Chief HR Officers, CEOs, Board of Directors, Managing Directors and International CoE HR Heads, to appoint global, regional, and country heads as well as building HR and Human Capital consulting teams. Tony holds two Masters Degrees from Warwick University and Aston University in the UK. He has worked in Singapore, Hong Kong, the UK, and Europe over his 19-year career and has helped over 200 HR leaders in advancing their careers.
