The Frazer Jones team is partnering exclusively with a scaled, late-stage company to appoint a Chief People Officer. This is a senior enterprise leadership role at a pivotal stage of the company’s evolution, as it undergoes significant multi‑market expansion and large‑scale transformation. With a B2B operating model, the company is also building IPO‑ready governance, compliance discipline, and scalable operating infrastructure. The People team is positioned as a core function, with immense potential to continue contributing to value creation, working in close partnership with the CEO, senior leadership, and the Board.

This role reports directly to the CEO and operates as a true strategic partner, shaping enterprise direction well beyond traditional HR leadership. The Chief People Officer will engage frequently with the Board of Directors and compensation committee, plus play a critical role in enabling the next phase of growth and organisational maturity. With a global footprint and employees based in Asia and Europe, this role is well-supported by a diverse, international HR team.

Key Responsibilities

You will lead the global people agenda during a period of growth, transformation, and increasing organisational complexity. A core focus will be to support the organisation’s (anticipatory) shift/expansion in operating models through effective organisation design, operating model and performance management.

The successful candidate will be required to build/establish HR governance frameworks, strengthen executive compensation frameworks, succession planning, and leadership pipelines, while partnering closely with the Board and Compensation Committee. A key mandate will be to ensure the organisation is fully prepared from a people, governance, and leadership perspective for a future IPO in the horizon. The role will oversee global scaling efforts, harmonising HR practices across multiple geographies while respecting local market nuances. You will lead the development of scalable people infrastructure, HRIS, and people analytics capabilities, and support international growth and M&A integration as required.

Talent and leadership development are also at the crux of the remit. You will strengthen executive bench strength, elevate leadership capability globally, and position HR as a strategic lever for value creation, performance, and long‑term sustainability.

Ideal Profile

As a guide, candidates will bring significant senior HR leadership experience, ideally as a Chief People Officer/CHRO, within high‑growth, venture‑backed or late‑stage environments (Series D/E). You are commercially astute, confident engaging with Board stakeholders, and comfortable operating as a close strategic partner to a CEO. You must have demonstrated success leading global, multi‑geography organisations, and be effective in fast‑paced, entrepreneurial, and data‑driven settings. Experience building scalable people platforms, governance frameworks, and leadership capability in complex environments will be essential.

What’s On Offer

This is a rare opportunity to take on a true enterprise leadership role approaching its next stage of maturity. You will partner closely with the CEO and Board and play a defining role in shaping the organisation’s people strategy through transformation, global expansion, and IPO readiness. The role offers meaningful impact, senior‑level exposure, and long‑term career significance.
